Course Overview

In this course, students will learn about the parts of plant and their functions. Students will learn about the leaves and how they prepare food using chlorophyll and sunlight. They will also learn how water are absorbed through the roots of a plant. Students will browse the internet and watch you tube for the information. Finally they will also find out why plants are important to humans and animals.

Competency

Students can use smart phones and look for information in the internet and you tube. They can also ask for help from the teacher and theirs friends through the telegram group. 

Objectives:

Draw the parts of a plant and name them.

Write down the function of different parts of a plant.

Draw and write down the process of photosynthesis.

Write down the importance of plants in this earth.
